You will play a key role in the smooth running of our specialist school; managing reception and supporting in the day to day tasks associated with running a busy school. With your efficient, professional approach, you’ll be responsible for providing a warm welcome and reliable all round support to the whole school community with the possibility of developing a new role in Business and Community Liaison administration.
To join us, you will need administrative experience and a high standard of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). You will be used to working on several tasks and have the ability to switch between them, and prioritise accordingly, whilst providing excellent customer service at all times. Just as important is an approachable, helpful nature, and a readiness to build a natural and respectful rapport with our students. Previous school experience is not required.

Ideally we are looking for someone who can work 8am-4pm Monday to Friday, term time only, however we would be happy to review and consider part time or job share for the right applicant.
Salary scale: £15,252.00 to £21,050 pro rata

The UTC is a specialist science and engineering school which works to ensure students have the skills, knowledge and experience that leading employers are looking for, as well as achieving their academic potential. Our school hours from Sept 2019 are 8.30am to 4pm. UTC Oxfordshire is centrally located with excellent transport links close by.
