We are looking to appoint a Science Technician to prepare practicals for all classes in KS4 and KS5 sciences. This role involves coordinating the use and maintenance of the practical resources and facilities. A good understanding of laboratory conditions and related health & safety precautions. Candidates should hold a relevant science qualification, enjoy working as part of a team, be able to work under pressure, have attention to detail and good communication skills. The UTC is a specialist science and engineering school which works to ensure students have the skills, knowledge and experience that leading employers are looking for, as well as achieving their academic potential. Our school hours from Sept 2019 are 8.30am to 4pm. UTC Oxfordshire is centrally located with excellent transport links close by.
