Gym

UTC Oxfordshire’s gym is an enterprise with a community focus. Our group classes are mixed ability and designed to make exercise accessible to all. Class numbers are limited to ensure our personal trainers are able to build positive relationships with all our members. 

Equipment and facilities

Our range of specialist equipment includes the following:

  • Strength: Dumbbells, barbells, cable machine and Olympic bars.
  • Cardiovascular: Water-rower, bike, cross-trainers and treadmills.
  • Functional training: Kettlebells, medicine balls, slam balls, suspension trainers, battle ropes, plyo metric boxes and boxing bags.

Other facilities at the gym include:

  • Free parking
  • CCTV security
  • Access to changing rooms with lockers
  • Female-friendly training environment

 

Membership and costs

We offer a flexible one month rolling contract that allows you to cancel whenever you want, a rolling contract costs £34.95* per month and do not have joining or admin fees.

We strongly encourage our members to attend classes on our diverse timetable. If you attend only two classes a week your membership will only cost £4.36 per class! 

Discounted memberships are also available to organisations associated with our college.

Individual training sessions with one of our highly experienced and qualified personal trainers are available at an extra cost. They will help you reach your goals, maintain motivation and provide variety to your workouts. Visit our Personal trainers page for further information.
