Tom has worked more than nine years in the leisure industry in a number of roles. This has given him the knowledge to be a trainer with the passion for getting results for his clients.
Specialising in weight loss and athlete development, Tom has worked with a wealth of different clients, for which he has provided bespoke 1:1 and small group personal training sessions.
Outside of the gym Tom is an improving athlete in the 100m sprint and Javelin throw, competing regionally for a local club. His experiences from the track are applied back in the gym with his clients, creating fun and dynamic sessions for any type of goal.
Whether you are a total beginner in the gym environment or have been training for years, it doesn’t matter, Tom will always find the right challenge for you. He will educate you so that when you have finished your journey together you are ready to be your own personal trainer. Sam had his personal training career underway at the age of 21, and has a huge passion for health and fitness. He leads by example through his own lifestyle choices and fitness training. Sam puts the feeling of helping others to achieve their goals ahead of anything else. He is hugely determined to see success in every client, going the extra mile by providing detailed nutritional advice and planning, along with his fitness sessions.
After working with many clients over short periods of time, Sam already has good experience in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and cardiovascular fitness, with the ability to work with a whole range of clients.
Sam strives to maintain high levels levels of motivation in clients both physically and mentally. He puts in many hours behind the scenes to ensure his clients hit challenging targets fast.

Simon has spent his recent career on the railways but is now looking for a fresh new challenge in the fitness industry. Simon has been a running coach for three years, leading large groups of people to improve their running ability.
In recent times Simon has qualified as a level 3 personal trainer and has also qualified as a circuits and kettle-bells instructor.
Simon now wants to help people with weight loss and distance race training.
