  • Opened in Didcot in September 2015, with 140 places for girls and boys in Year 10 and Year 12
  • Will eventually grow to 600 students aged 14 to 19, with no more than 25-30 per class
  • Specialising in life sciences, physical sciences and advanced engineering
  • No fees
  • No entrance tests for Year 10
  • 15 mile catchment area, including Oxfordshire, Newbury and Reading
  • The school day typically runs from 8.30am to 5pm, except on Mondays and Fridays when classes finish at 4.30pm
  • The school year follows a similar pattern to that of other local secondary schools
