The students worked in teams, allocating themselves roles like project manager, finance manager, engineering and business manager, to help them build both the skills and understanding of what it’s like to work across disparate teams in an organisation against a deadline.
Supported by willing volunteers from our Digital Futures Programme, students blew everyone away with their creative ideas and insightful thinking…and had fun bringing their ideas to life on CAD programme, hand drawings and even good old cardboard. The students worked incredibly well on a tough challenge and demonstrated great practical and technical skills (and a love of demolition).
