Collection of Summer 2024 GCSE / A-level / BTEC Certificates 

Monday 16th December 2024

4:00pm-5:30pm at LRC

You are welcome to visit the school and sign for your certificates.

If you wish to nominate a trusted person to collect your certificates on your behalf:

Email the Exams Office at pyam@utcoxfordshire.org.uk at least three working days in advance to grant permission.

The nominated person must present a photo ID for identification.

Alternatively, you can request your certificates to be posted via recorded delivery.

Download and complete the application form and email it to pyam@utcoxfordshire.org.uk.

Post an A4 self-addressed envelope with £5.50 postage to UTC Oxfordshire to cover delivery costs.

Collection of 2022 / 2023 Certificates

Please note that centres are only required to retain certificates for two years after their issue date. To collect certificates for qualifications in 2022 or 2023, you can:

email the Exams Office at pyam@utcoxfordshire.org.uk to arrange collection.

alternatively, request that your certificates be posted. Download and complete the application form and email it to pyam@utcoxfordshire.org.uk. Then post an A4 self-addressed envelope with £5.50 postage to UTC Oxfordshire to cover delivery costs.

Important dates:

2022 Certificates will be destroyed after January 2025.

2023 Certificates will be retained in school until January 2026 and destroyed afterwards.

If your certificate is lost or destroyed, you can request a certified statement of results as a replacement. For more details, visit https://www.gov.uk/replacement-exam-certificate
