Collection of Summer 2024 GCSE / A-level / BTEC Certificates Â
Monday 16th December 2024Â
4:00pm-5:30pm at LRCÂ
You are welcome to visit the school and sign for your certificates. Â
 If you wish to nominate a trusted person to collect your certificates on your behalf:Â
- Email the Exams Office at pyam@utcoxfordshire.org.uk at least three working days in advance to grant permission. Â
- The nominated person must present a photo ID for identification.Â
 Alternatively, you can request your certificates to be posted via recorded delivery.Â
- Download and complete the application form and email it to pyam@utcoxfordshire.org.uk.Â
- Post an A4 self-addressed envelope with £5.50 postage to UTC Oxfordshire to cover delivery costs.Â

 Collection of 2022 / 2023 CertificatesÂ
 Please note that centres are only required to retain certificates for two years after their issue date. To collect certificates for qualifications in 2022 or 2023, you can:Â
- email the Exams Office at pyam@utcoxfordshire.org.uk to arrange collection.Â
- alternatively, request that your certificates be posted. Download and complete the application form and email it to pyam@utcoxfordshire.org.uk. Then post an A4 self-addressed envelope with £5.50 postage to UTC Oxfordshire to cover delivery costs.Â
Important dates:Â
- 2022 Certificates will be destroyed after January 2025.Â
 2023 Certificates will be retained in school until January 2026 and destroyed afterwards.Â
