Collection of 2025 and 2026 Exam Certificates
Method 1: In-person collection
Certificates can be collected from reception with a valid photo ID.
Opening hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 4:20pm
Friday: 8:30am – 1:50pm
The school will be closed on the following dates:
Monday 15 February 2027 – Friday 19 February 2027
Monday 29 March 2027 – Monday 12 April 2027
Monday 24 May 2027 – Friday 28 May 2027
Wednesday 21 July 2027- Wednesday 1 September 2027
Method 2: Postal Delivery
Candidates may request their certificates to be posted via recorded delivery.
- Download and complete the application form and email it to HPerry@utcoxfordshire.org.uk.
- Post an A4 self-addressed envelope with £8.50 postage to UTC Oxfordshire to cover delivery costs.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- Uncollected exam certificates will be destroyed. Centres are not required to retain electronic copies of uncollected certificates.
- Candidates are responsible for keeping their certificates safe, as awarding bodies do not issue replacements if they are lost.
- If required, candidates may contact the relevant awarding bodies directly to request a Certified Statement of Results, which incurs a fee. For more details, visit https://www.gov.uk/replacement-exam-certificate
